Oh these all look so yummy! I love Gooseberry Patch cookbooks. Years ago, if you sent them a recipe and they used in it one of their cookbooks, they would send you a copy of the entire book once published. So I decided to submit a recipe to them for a chicken and spinach casserole, and they used it! I was so excited! They had me write a little blurb about me and the origin of the recipe and that was included in the book. Such fun!

OMG! I’ve made the pecan cupcake recipe when I first got married ….and the cookbook was lost a long time ago …but I have to tell YALL do remember I made them with maple buttercream frosting ….You want to talk about Fall in your mouth goodness ….it was my childrens favorite Fall treat to put in their lunchbox ….I’m going to make these at the first cool day we get ….thank you for sharing ❤️from TX

I made sausage balls last week and decided to put a couple of Tbls of grated onion in it along with that same amount of finely chopped pepperoni and green onions. And instead of plain cream cheese I used garden vegetable flavored. OMG!!! These were the best I've ever eaten! Now I must try with the hash browns.

Those muffin/cupcakes look delicious! I'd make a little "compound" butter to go with them, with cinnamon/nutmeg/clove or pumpkin pie spice. Any leftover butter could go on toast/pancakes/waffles... Definitely trying the sausage ball recipe for sure. Last time we used Everything but the Bagel seasoning, it was so salty, we couldn't eat our food.

I’ve made this recipe for years and it’s truly a family favorite! But I’ve always made them in the mini muffin pan. They actually look even tastier in the full size lol!!! So happy y’all loved them!

Sausage balls are my fave! I’ve been making them for years and have people ask me to make them. I’ve always used Bisquick, hot pork sausage and cheddar cheese. This past Christmas I found a recipe that calls for less cheddar cheese and added cream cheese. Game changer! They are so moist in the inside and so yummy! I’m going to have try try these with the hash browns. Also, they freeze so well uncooked and you can cook them from frozen. I always make a double batch and freeze them so we can enjoy when we get the craving for them.

@@jennifergoetz1020 Sure! It’s super easy! 1 lb hot sausage 8 oz cream cheese 1 cup cheddar cheese 1 1/4 cup Bisquick Mix first 3 ingredients together and then mix in Bisquick. Roll into small balls (I use cookie dough scoop). Bake 375 for 20-25 minutes.

When I was growing up my mom had a bunch of cookbooks from churches, schools and similar places. My brother and I, being 11 months apart, started going through these cookbooks when we were teenagers. We would randomly pick recipes and make the item. Although most of the recipes we picked were for desserts. 😋 We had so much fun making these treats and we continued making a lot of them for years afterwards. ☺️ Recipes of that era were simple and often had few ingredients but they were tried and true family recipes that were treasured. Then later when I was older but still in school, I would visit my grandmother in the summer. We would pull out her cookbooks and just start trying new recipes. That was the first time I made sauerbraten. I think it was her first time too but it turned out so good that we both made it again. Cooking with a loved one is incredible bonding time! ❣️ The memories you make are priceless! 🤗 Then you think of that person again when you smell or taste something that reminds you of the time spent with them. Food isn't loved so much just because it tastes good. It's a combination of taste along who you cooked it with or if it was the favorite dish made by that special relative. 😚 Then we have the Bunkeys! I love watching you two in the kitchen! And your recipes are always special! And you're not afraid to give us your honest opinion! 😉 Plus you're a joy to watch in the kitchen! 😁 Thanks for sharing another great video! 🥰

Those muffins look delicious! If you're using a dark non-stick pan, I lower the oven temp by 25 degrees, it makes all the difference. I will be making them, yum! I just love watching you two...full of "funshine"!

I made the chicken tenders tonight and they were awesome! I took Bunkey’s advice and made mashed potatoes with them and also made green beans. My 7 year old who doesn’t like to try anything new loved them as well. Can’t wait to try the muffins on the next cool day….not that I’m in any rush for that. I love your channel! You have inspired me to create my own. I just got my equipment and will start filming some stuff this weekend. I hope my husband is as involved in filming as your husband is!
