It's a lot easier raising sails when you are pointing into the wind, the main wasn't up tight before going to windward

I really enjoyed this video and the sense of great excitement for the two of you coming back home to your happy place. As to the question of your halyards, how are they secured once the sails are up, cam cleat, rope clutch, or otherwise? I rewatched and can see that you use clutches. You may need to disassemble and inspect them. The locking mechanism will wear over time, faster or slower, depending on what they are made from. I have Spinlocks on my Catalina. Spinlock offers spare parts, and I believe that you can get upgraded ceramic locks that will probably outlive most boat owners. Check around online for replacement parts for your clutches.
