delicious man!!! Made this with Tilapia instead. Super cheap tilapia I got on sale, made it the same day, came out awesome and so fast and easy to make. Before I put the Tilapia on, I sauteed some cut squash with Cajun seasoning, afterwards in the same pan, tilapia. Damn good. Quick, easy to make, on pan dish. Love the presentation.
