Black Beans 1 cup
Olives 1/2 cup
Onion 1 medium chopped
Tomatoes 1 medium chopped remove seeds
Cilantro 1/2 cup chopped
Mint 1/2 cup chopped
Cucumber cubed 1 cup
Salt as needed
Black pepper 2 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
