So glad you guys liked zucchini fritters! If you were to shred them, you'd have liquid to squeeze. You can also add finely chopped onion or onion or garlic powder, that would make them even tastier😊

LOVE the beginning of this video ❤😍 I work for a Canadian company and live multiple timezones away. So seeing this is so exciting! Extra fact: I have family in Hamilton and Toronto. Please keep your adventures recorded 🎉

Thanks for another video, Yasuko! Peggy's Cove seems so lovely 😮 I have only been to Halifax but regret not visiting more of Nova Scotia. Seems like you and your family are really enjoying summer! Here it has been so humid so it's a bit hard to spend time outside but we try our best to walk every day ☀ The zucchini fritters looked so good! My fiance was watching with me and I guess I have to make them this week 😂 I will let you know if I do! Have a wonderful week!

We make them regularly in Turkey ( it is called mücver in turkish), but make sure to squeeze the grated zucchini well before mixing with other ingredients and add grated feta instead of hard cheese, we also add chopped fresh mint and dill. ( and personally i add a little bit of grated carrots) enjoy :)

@@yasemini25 oh that sounds amazing, do you make a sauce with it too? I will definitely try, thank you ☺️

@@petitmuguet yes actually lot of us eat them with plain healthy yoghurt:) i think because it was better marketed by greeks it is called greek yoghurt abroad but i think actually we Turks are who started eating it centuries ago.

My zucchini has really been productive. Yesterday I made a Japanese curry and a stir fry. Got some of it used up. The fritters look good. I haven't been as far as the east coast yet. Only as far as Toronto. Those lobster rolls looked delicious!

I'm glad the zucchini is growing! Ah yes the sea food especially lobster is really good here. Hopefully one day you can make this far east to try! Thanks for your comment 😊
