Haha my husband also really loves tonkatsu! Maybe there's something about fried food that they love, haha. I'm glad the weather is looking nicer for your family. It's raining a lot here in Toronto ~ I'll try making oyakodon sometime! Usually my husband asks for katsudon over oyakodon, hahah. We are expecting our first baby in November, so I'm not able to cook as often due to sickness ^^;; The sides and soups you make all look so delicious. I will try them as I think I can eat it! They seem gentle on the stomach~~ Thank you again for recommending the Uppababy to us before~~ we are thinking about that, Nuna, or Silver Cross! Thank you for always uploading wonderful recipes and sharing your life with us. I love to see that your son is growing so happily~~^^

Yeah boys love fried food 🤣 Awww congratulations, that's great news you must be very excited!! I didn't have sickness but the last 3 month was very tough for me because he was heavy. It was really difficult to cook at that time 😂 I hope you start feeling better and can start cooking again soon 🥰

I must try the Oyakodon. It will fit my moderately low-carb diet. Going to the hot springs in June and need to look a little better in a bathing suit LOL As always, everything looks so good

Is it possible to put the meat and veg amounts? I would love to cook some of these fabulous and simple dishes but I’m not confident about how much meat and veg to use.
@whatsfordinner_japanese7 ай бұрын
Thanks for your comment, I've started to write down amounts in the description but I'll try and put more detail. I don't use a lot of meat but I like a lot of vegetables 😊

@whatsfordinner_japanese8 ай бұрын
I usually finish using in 1 month or something, but I think it will last about 6 month or more in the fridge 😊
