Canopy - It is NOT you. It happened to me as well. The canopy became crooked for a reason I do not know. I am generally 'careful'. :) Apart from that, it is an awesome stroller, love the convenience, light weight and very useful. Love it.

What about driving it over gravel? We have a short gravel drive way and I'm looking for an easy storage stroller to go to and from the bus stop (about 1/2 a block walk)

I have the same stroller which i just purchased days ago and when i assembled it, the front wheel is not touching the ground. I remoced all the wheels and tried it again. But same result.

Thanks for watching. She is 3 1/2 now and weighs about 30 pounds. She fits in it just fine. But it is not comfortable for her to lay back to fall asleep.

You installed the canopy incorrectly. No wonder it didn't have any "grip"... Install the clip over the button and the canopy button over that and the canopy will have its grip
