If you’ve injured your knee, you shouldn’t cycle it will only make it worse. Lay off of any workouts that use the knee until it’s fully healed. Once it’s healed, strengthen your leg muscles with resistance training workouts 👍🏼 ie using light weights and higher reps. Good machines are leg press, leg curl. But make sure your form is correct.

For washing white sneakers, soak them in napisan (originally designed to wash reusable diapers 😂). It legit turns your trainers bright white- worked with my basically yellow converses! My dad also wrapped duct tap around the handles of our suitcases growing up- I'm 27 and still use them tbf😂😂
