Sadik: Congrats on the excellent grille choice! Pointers: They make stainless steel cooking trays of various sizes (with holes) to put things like fries, fish, shrimp, etc on and then you can just lift off. Also, check out McCormick's line of grille seasonings. I "roll" the hamburger edge in a blend of light olive oil, Worchester Sauce, and McCormick's Hamburger seasoning. The olive oil/worchester sauce makes the seasoning "stick" the rolled edge. The taste explosion is worth it! Also, for easy cleaning of that pull-out tray on the bottom, get some Reynold "Grill sized XL" aluminum foil and wrap the tray. Every 30 days, clean the grille and then just remove the aluminum foil and replace. Easy clean-up! PS: Please get a grille cover, and NEVER use water to clean your grille. Wipe off the exterior with WD-40 every month after cleaning, and your new Weber will last forever. Thanks for the vids, and congrats on getting married as well! :-)
