Large storage tubs (w' a semi-opaque trap-door on the side) are a game-changer for me. Not only can I utilize maximum space in my spare room by stacking them high; but I can see and have easy access to the contents in all the tubs below. This makes it much safer, especially for someone like me who is petite, as it doesn't matter that the tubs may be heavy, as there's no need to lift the whole tub down. I store hard to fold items like active wear, also shoes/handbags, art & craft, things to sell on eBay etc. I purchased the tubs in-store in Australia, but I'm sure that they are available online too. 👱🏻‍♀️♥️

The Bug Zapper looks like fun, but I recently got a couple of plug in Zevo bug traps. They use UV light to attract the bugs, then they get stuck on a sticky film. It caught bugs that you can barely see, along with ones that i can't identify. It also got 5he ones that have been biting me and escaping before I could get them.

I've been seeing the adverts for the Zevo and I think considering getting it because I also live in Houston and these things love to bite me on my face. It drives me crazy because I can never understand how they can get that close to me without me seeing them, even when I'm inside my home😫😫

I can’t derma-plain either. My skin hates it. Instead I use an electric razor and that defuzzes with zero problems. The one I have is from the Amazonian and has multiple attachments for brows, nose hair, face, bikini area etc. it’s great 😊

I break out when I dermaplane so I use that little shaver that looks like a tube,I think it’s called the flawless shaver. That doesn’t cause any irritation or bumps.

I use cold cucumber slices on my eyelids and also under eye and it’s been very helpful for sagging and puffiness. Over past couple months I’m seeing improvements in my eyelids! Feels very refreshing and relaxing! Cheap to boot!!

I don't know if you stayed in Houston after your move (please don't reveal anything, keep your privacy!!), but your bathroom reminds me STRONGLY of my old house in the Houston Heights. Also, thanks for validation of my recent obsession with using anti-acne products all over my body. My itching and redness has cleared up, even though I don't have acne. Mosquitos are SO BAD that I ordered equine fly and mosquito repellent for my dogs today. Horse insect repellent doesn't mess around. Horses have major problems with insects. I recommend it.

Here in San Juan, PR mosquitoes have always been bad but this summer they are brutal! Every few weeks I open all my windows and balcony door (which normally remain closed because of said issue) for circulation, and I cannot live without my tennis raquet shaped mosquito zapper for at least a couple days afterwards. Its literally ALWAYS in my hand from the moment Im making my morning coffee-I love it. I even enjoy the little light it makes-satisfying. I love animals but damn……

I use a cotton topper that's got responsibly sourced English wool as a filler. It helps, along with gauzy "blankets". I also like percale sheets and linen pillowcases for hot flashes in the subtropical places if AC is on. I sleep in natural textiles, too.
