About 2 years ago I recognized how important is sunscreen. Every day. Winter or summer. It doesn't matter. My skin looks much better healthier, younger, less wrinkles and dark spots. I won't never stop to use it.

From a tall person's point of view, I catch allot of sun and have even had my friends to seek my shadow when we are out and about.. Sunscreen is an absolute must for me, as well as fitted hats and snap backs. Im paying attention more now that im officially out of my twenties. Good video content, men should pay more attention, especially if you are tall.❤

Sunscreen is an absolute must have! I totally agree with you, Joan, and with all the other Knights said about protecting their skin. I do think it helped me out that I wore sunsreen regularly, so I do not have as many dark spots like some other people do. Everytime I'm too lazy to put on SPF, I hear Joan's voice saying that SPF is a must, and it's truly been such a good reminder to have. Eager to try out the oats scrub/wash, my skin feels more refreshed just hearing you talk about that haha ! Thank you for the lovely tips as always ^^

Ooh I didn’t think about my scalp. I just discovered the joy of lounging by the poolside. Makes me feel like I’m “photosynthesizing”. Will also have to find another sunscreen that I’ll willingly apply even when it’s cloudy. Sometimes it feels icky. Thank you!

(1) My Mom once told me a story about how she got the worst sunburn of her life at the beach on a cloudy day. Truly, SPF is not just for the 😎. (2) Another good reason to apply sunscreen on your scalp and to wear a hat: They help prevent sunstroke and heat exhaustion! (3) Joan, I like your two-fingered application technique! A little different from your old dot-dot-dot method! (4) Did I ever mention that I love the way you pronounce the word "important"? Hardly anybody emphasizes that first "t." It's kinda unique to you! Anyway, thanks yet again for another helpful video! 😘

I use La Roche melt in milk sunscreen, super great!!! And The Ordinary Niacin-amide since I use retinol cream- amazing results 🤩
