We been making freezer jams and jellies! We made some apple cinnamon, strawberry, peach and mixed berry! So good on biscuits! Definitely need to try the squash and chicken recipe! I’ll probably use the ritz crackers too! The chicken sandwich looked yummy too!! Love y’all goodnight!

Prepared the CrockPot chicken squash casserole for our dinner tonight. I used some Chicken N Biscuit and Sociables crackers, crumbled instead of bread crumbs. Very good, husband says that recipe is a keeper!

I also make a shredded bbq pork dish in my slow cooker. Stores in my area often have pork shoulder reasonably priced, and I’ll do the same. I freeze what we won’t eat at once and it’s so nice to pull some out on those busy days, or when I just don’t know what else to make for dinner. And the chicken dish looks so good, I can imagine so many variations.
