This was a gorgeous flow! I really love your unique poses and twists on the classic ones. I would call the squat Sun Ray Squat, because it feels like just one sun ray extending out! ☀️

This was an amazing flow! I did it with the intention of inviting the Summer and Solar energies to my body and I feel so much more energized, but calm ! I was struggling with anxiety and low energy and vitality and this helped me a lot! This is my second time in your channel - my first video was the New Moon flow a couple of days ago and I definitely plan on coming back and joining your community !

Did this class this morning and boy was it good! I def loved the balancing pose it was so different for me but such a good way! I think we should name that pose sun malasana (idk if I spelled that right) just bc it made it seem like we’re letting the sun in through! Super happy this class what long too! Loved it! ahhh it's tricky trying to do both on the phone. I play the music from a separate device, like watching the class and playing the music on a bluetooth speaker from my phone. It sounds so complicated to type it out 🥴 but i don't mind it.
