Great video, I took your advice, thru a wobble head for the first time on 6/22 with a magnum worm. An 8 lb for me, a 6 for my wife, several around 1-2 lb, lost 3 nice fish at 4 + each. saw them they just came unbuttoned. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

The swing head is my #1 go to bait to find fish. You can fish it fast like a crankbait or slow it down like a jig. My fav trailer is a gp zoom speed craw with the pinchers dyed blue. Absolute killer here for tidal river bass here in Maryland.

B.G. I just came back from squarebillin' earlier to get my MTB box & inside it was the Hard Hat swing in a 3/8s' & 4/0 and the hook is connected to the jig head eye by a snap ring..$ now,I'm a bank angler & with this technique I have trouble keeping bottom contact when I put any speed on the retrieve..(btw I heard Biffle showed this to Sealock & it went from there)..
@BassGeek5 жыл бұрын
Awesome I hope they sell that on the site. I'll be picking some up. You're not going to fish this as fast as you would a square bill. This is a slow roll. I'm a 3/4 guy and if i'm fishing shallow the smallest I generally go is 1/2. I use a 6.3 to 6.5 speed reel for this also keep the rod tip down and slow down.

I have only had very limited experience with swing heads, mostly the Strike King, but I agree they rock, particularly tungsten. For any "bottom contact bait," tungsten has made lead nearly obsolete!
@BassGeek5 жыл бұрын
Yeah it has I like lead in some jigs just to bulk up the size at times but for the most part I have totally converted to tungsten.
