Summer tea vibessss

Longjing tastes like asparagus to me. White asparagus, specifically. Sweet, but savory and vegetal. I am particularly fond of it, even if the good stuff rarely makes it out of China. Event he middle-grade stuff that we can routinely get over here in the west is pretty great. Having said that, green oolongs are my preference for a summer tea. I love the few oolongs that have natural honeysuckle notes.

Hatteras island grows a nice green tea that's great for summer, it's light and sweet and goes great with a little lemon, I can send you some if you'd like

I miss 龙井茶 got to visit there with family a long while back. Bought some and really enjoyed it, either hot or cold brewed. Loved the caffeine high from it though. Strong stuff

Long jing is probably the only green tea I ever buy. That being said, I haven't bought any in over a year. I have a moving box full of bings of various hei cha that I find more exciting. I'd rather live my best life drinking hot puerh on a hot day, sweating like a Yunnan uncle.
