The 1st time I made it my frying pan wasn't hot enough & I ended up with steamed veggies! The 2nd time, I turned the frying pan way up & it turned out fabulous! I also added smoked paprika and stirred in baby spinach just before serving and then added the arugula (rocquette) upon serving. It is now a favourite. Thanks Jamie, from Canada with love!
