In a world where everyone is going for the "aesthetically pleasing" look of white with white accents, I think your home, with pops of yellow looks so warm and cozy. You're right, the little touches can make a big difference in terms of changing the feel of a space. Your Honor is such a good watch! I absolutely binged it. I think I'm late to the party but I also got sucked into Beef. Not bad at all although it had a couple of moments that were quite surprising. I just subscribed to Darin’s channel and will purchase a wrist band as soon as I finish typing this comment. Re: puppy pooping: ITA with the others who suggested keeping a previously “marked” pad lightly scented with Luna’s poop (and possibly Whoofi’s poop) to guide her. I’ve read that a dog’s sense of smell can be 300x that of humans and they tend to mark spots where they smell the scent of previous dogs (between hardwood floorboards, deep in carpets, pads, etc) that humans can’t smell. It’s frustrating, I know, but have patience because she’s still very, very young so it may take a long while for her to make a consistent association. Good luck!❤ ETA- Retired SoCal teacher, here. I was rewatching the Secret Santa videos and had an idea after being reminded how much he loved that. The world needs more like Darin. Anyway, my idea is to have something similar to the Christmas in July and you and other Teacher-Tubers (that you know) like each send him a surprise with a card, favorite snack, something lighthearted, and etc. He would be so happy. What do you think?

I just saw Darin's video two or three days ago. I came across his channel when I first started watching KZbin via the TeacherTube Christmas Gift Exchange he would organize. He certainly is keeping an upbeat attitude. Prayers for him. Sorry to hear about your Luna woes. What a drama queen with that collar! 😂👸🏻😂 But you picked the right time to take her on...during summer break. Hopefully Luna will come around and/or settle in before you head back to school. You can do it, Luna! You can do it, LaTawnya!!! And Wolfie might just have had a bad day at the groomers. Poor guy. Thanks for the comedy bit of running around your very nice apartment complex in your robe chasing down Genesis. 😆 That's a great memory to have. My son had to make the tough choice of putting our quinceañera, Nina, down on Tuesday morning. We'd had her since he was 9, and he just turned 25 a few days ago. He's devastated, but spent the day remembering similar Nina-chasing events. 🐕 🏃🏻‍♀️🥹 Thank you for this late night content. All the puppy stuff was really just what I needed after the rough day we had. Keep enjoying your summer! 😃

My tiny pup hated collars but loved a harness (especially if I told her she was pretty😂). Added bonus was that I could snatch her up really quick if big dogs or bikes or whatever came by. She was a total sprinter too!!

I was just about to say the same thing, get her a harness. I had Chihuahua like that and I just connected the leash to the harness and instead of attaching the leash before every walk I just attached the whole harness combination to her every time.❤❤❤

W.R.T. the dry poop, once you pick it up, could you place it on her pad. My furries would smell the poop and then go poop on the pad, later. Yes, the poop is on the pad, until the next time they go potty but this worked for my furries. Hope it works for Luna. Also, did you already try a chest harness for Luna, instead of the collar that she doesn’t like?

I just take the dog out every hour to potty and then praise them like crazy every time they go outside (one or two or both) until they associate going potty with the outdoors.
