Way too many tips & usefull informations in such short form :) WHICH IS EXCELLENT :). Absolutely awesome. As a beginning heavy clubber (?), I really need to review and absorb all of those in my own pace ;P Thank you so much !!!

Summer...what do you mean by “find your hollow body”? Also, thanks for these vids. I found your channel through Mark Wildman and am staying for your high quality content!
@SummerHuntington

Hollow body refers to a neutral pelvis with active glutes, shoulders packed, lats engaged, and deep inner core firing. When all three of those are working together, we call that a hollow body. Hollow body holds are also a gymnastic core training technique, which is very searchable as well :)

How is the club swing different from a Kb swing? Does it work different muscle groups or engage them in a different sequence? Not worried about if one is better, just curious about differences.

Hey! Sorry for the late reply - the Club is unique bc of the three Ts: Traction Torque Triplanar movement Traction in more degrees of freedom results in greater strength & elasticity of tendons and ligaments (increasing range of motion). Torque is present when you yield the top heavy nature of the club over the handle, and stabilize properly with glutes lats and core Triplanar movement is being able to change directions quickly, and move through multiple planes which the kettlebell is more limited. DM at www.flowshala.com if you'd like to chat

@@SpindlyScoundrel Yup, the guy converted me to the benefits of heavy clubs. Pavel convinced me to become a kettlebell comrade. Also used a hammer for some shovelgloving. During the lockdown period these tools were a godsend.
