I use a spinnerbait all times all year around spring, summer,and fall . It’s my go to 4 wheel drive rig I can fish anywhere weeds, rocks , sunny , windy, Cloudy . It was a child hood favorite and I have one tied on a rod at all times

From April 1st to ice I’m throwing a spinnerbait. It’s my favorite lure to work in the summer too, with so many people throwing bladed jigs the spinnerbait gets overlooked

Tyler…I would love to see you fish the St. Joe river in South Bend Indiana….it runs North…it fishes really weird….doesn’t go by the book…huge smallmouth in there but can be difficult at times to locate…

I have never considered using a treble hook as a trailer hook on a spinnerbait.... In my mind that completely defeats the purpose of the in my mind that completely defeats the purpose of the weedless nature of the lure

Almost always have a spinnerbait tied on, don’t think that treble trailer hook would work too well in my lake

Tyler, I can’t get an answer for this question… I fish the California Delta a lot… it is tidal… when I throw a blade bait (spinner or chatter) should you throw it up current and bring it back with the current or do you throw it down river and bring it back against the current? Fish typically face the current, but is there a right / wrong in this scenario? Thanks… love all of your videos!

I know it's a legendary bait,I've never had any luck on a regular bass fishing spinner. I have however done great on an in-line spinner bait, a mepps or rooster tail.

@@adammitchell3462 that's how I started with those trout spinners. The smaller bass tend to ignore normal size spinnerbaits. But bass above 1.5 lbs won't hold back. There are also finesse spinnerbaits too, for smaller bass.
