That's a nice little single track and climb. I've always viewed single track as a mentally therapeutic activity. It forces your mind to focus directly at that task at hand. Energy conservation is absolute.

I've ridden that a couple times. I've not summited it in 8 minutes though, that's for sure. It is indeed quite loose and steep in many places, and a bit of a challenge. I love this sort of thing too!

I love the challenge of that trail. And the view from the top. From there you can hike to a higher peak and really see the world.

Man that got me breathing hard just watching. I just did a fast run through some single track and my HR was a steady 175 with a few 181 spots and average of 167. After i was done I had that runners high and i was talking to a guy who just got there and man i was hyped up. I apologized to him and said, excuse me I’m still high🤣🤣. He totally understood what i meant. That’s what i love about the dirt bike community. We get why it is so addicting, that natural high is the best along with being able to rip a bike through the woods where others would cringe.
