So, this episode is awesome but I can breakdown some stuff. OK, first thing is about Arthur Harrow is a servant of Ammit and Ammit is the devourer of souls and goddess of judgment and the underworld. Also, Arthur used to Khoshu avatar or used to be moon knight but he changed his mind because Ammit made him a deal to be her avatar. It is a fight for justice and judgment. Thing is about the jackal and the people who can't see the jackal is that they are not worthy or they have to serve a Egyptian God or goddess or to have a Egyptian magical item.
