The Sun is "powering" all the nearby planets with its high energy output through photons and gamma rays (and perhaps other things), and if that goes, it's almost like a power grid losing its core... it will soon shut down and die.

I know obviously the sun can't vanish, but there's always the one "thing" you have to accept in fiction like this, but this second thing would break everything. Means faster than light communication and travel.

This is really good! But I do have to say, it would take far longer then 1 hour for the hottest place on earth to be -15 degrees, as the atmosphere would contain some of the heat for quite some time. Also, cities would be better off for a while longer since the daylight heating that occurred before the sun got thanos snapped would have stored some heat in the concrete, which would keep the surrounding area slightly warmer for the first few “days”. But yea, overall, really solid EAS! I shall go watch and support your other videos now :p

Just a nit pick, but at the beginning, the tones wouldn't be repeating like that. The three short tones are a SAME header, decoded by receiving broadcast equipment to signal what type of alert is being sent out, and the one long tone is just an attention tone, to grab attention. They wouldn't get repeated like that because there's simply no need to.

No, they wouldn't. Jupiter would need at least 35x it's mass to become a star, there isn't 35x jupiters mass in the solar system ( if you take away the sun ). Plus most if not all planets would be flung at the same speed that they are rotating the sun.

There seem to be a lot of comments about the moon not being visible any more; while true this doesn't explain why the video specifically states that the moon has "deviated from its orbit" and is moving towards the planet Mars. The only possibility I can think of is that some super-massive and super-fast body has transited the solar system and captured the sun. There could be all sorts of gravitational effects on bodies in the solar system that were left behind. This seems unlikely, but might be possible if the body were travelling at an extremely high velocity and passed close to the sun from right angles to the ecliptic. It would take a physicist to work out the mathematics of this, it's a bit beyond me.
