There is no such thing as efficient solar panels. The max. I've seen is 22% efficiency which is not at all efficient.

@@TheDIYMaker1 umm no it's not. You pay a premium for inefficiency, batteries, cables, inverters etc. which are all consumable. No such thing as "free energy" for us plebs.

@@patriotcanuck6485 I will respectfully disagree Sir. When was the last time you paid your Sun tax? Sure, equipment to harness it costs money. A NORMAL investment in my mind. If you think solar is inefficient, check out how much of your PAID for fuel simply goes to waste heat in your vehicle. Perhaps living so far from the equator makes solar a bad investment for you, I can see that. Have an awesome day!
