This is a very typical Sunday Fishing Session in Botany Bay exporing all the best spots to fish in and how to effectively target certain species in different depths of water. We expolore Bare Island, La Perouse, Molli Point and Tugs using fresh human grade sardines aka pilchard.
Bonus I also throw lures at the end as the sun starts to go down.
Solo boat launch and retrieve footage with boat catch is included as well as the boats bath 🛁 .

Hi Mel, here is a great fish ball recipe your family can do. One sambo, add a slice of dried mandarin peel (about the size of a 20c piece ), white pepper and one egg white, stick into a mixer and mix until nice consistency. Ready to cook.

If I was fishing with you and the bites are touchy, i use the smallest sinker possible and longer trace. Cast away from boat for a slow sink then drag over bottom. Will produce😊

Hi Mel. Another entertaining vid. Always great to watch. Glad you mentioned a song. It brought back memories when my boys were young. Its simple. " lets go sambo lets go" lets go sambo lets go". Now there in there twenty 's and if they catch a Australian Samon thats putting up a fight as they do and peeeling line and i start singing to them, they give me a look to say " are you for real dad". Haha.

botany bay is a good area, its just a good one hour drive for me, and depending on conditions, as i fish during the day or early afternoon, its a bit tricky to get there. Maybe in Autumn or Winter when sea conditions are more mild

Hey Michael ☺️ yeah I have fished dolls point and ramsgate heaps before I started making videos, especially land based. If have caught flatty bream whiting and a random calamari there. I prefer the industrial side a lot more mainly due to the deeper water and higher success with Pilly. I have uploaded 3 or 4 videos in the hacking now. SWA being the most successful session. Much harder in hacking that’s for sure but higher quality fish.
