I’m a professional ballerina as well. I’m also a Pilates instructor. I appreciated your exercises and do them all. However, my question is: how do you increase difficulty for yourself and more advanced clients? I have a full repertoire but I KNOW that the beginning of knowledge is knowing that there’s always more to learn. I’m new to your channel and really respect you.
