Ballard is genuinely a nice guy, The Maja injury was an accident about which he felt bad enough to contact Josh after the game to apologise. Anyway, a West Brom player helped cause the goal, note that just before he celebrated the goal, at 6:32 (best viewed at half speed) he runs in to head the ball, the West Brom guy deliberately chases him and shoulder barges Ballard in the back to knock him over without a care for the ball or the player, Ballard would have probably headed over, but he is on the ground and the ball drops to Ekwah who scores. Karma? Good video Will, the shop is a treasure trove and apart from your lads trying to out muscle a team of 16 to 20 year olds, a pretty enjoyable game with both teams trying to win. Liked!

Sunderland fan here. Loved the video mate. On the Ballard situation. you're right, he should have been sent off in the reverse fixture. But your players let that get to their heads a little bit and that cost you in the end, in my opinion. Still think you'll make the playoffs and stand a chance of going up with the top 4 going to shit recently. all the best for the rest of the season!

Asante is to blame for the defeat. Two totally unnecessary bad tackles in the middle of the pitch ( no danger from sunderland at the time ) resulted in his dismissal. Albion were in full control up until then, but this irresponsible behaviour changed the game completely. He cost us the game. I say drop him for good. He wastes far too many goal scoring opportunities and his pace and skill set is deficient at this level. He has become a liability. Drop him and move him on at the end of the season.

100% worth a visit. I went to Crewe Alexandra a few weeks ago with my mate. There’s a very nice memorabilia shop there as well. Picked up some nice pin badges. You could honestly spend hours in both shops 👍
