Thank you very much for the pattern. I just finished crocheting this beautiful sunflower cardigan. I used hand needle to sew one layer of velvet matching with the green background color of the cardigan. I made a larger size 63 pieces. It took me around 7 days to completed the work. looks really nice, warm and comfortable to wear in winter. From Texas. 🙋♀️🥰❤️

If you use thinner yarn and smaller hook, it should work for smaller sizes too 🙌
@MusXM2 ай бұрын
@@cookliet8444 hey! Have you seen Kristine’s comment? I’m no expert in crocheting but I have done exactly what she has said when working out sizing of squares - I usually will make a few ‘sacrificial’ squares with different hook sizes (smaller the hook size, tighter the stitch, smaller the square) to see what I like most. I guess changing the yarn size will allow you to not lose the details on the granny square (if that makes sense?), but I’m a sucker for using chunky yarn!

I made this one in like 2 weeks I used 4.5mm hook 3 dark green yarns 2 yellow and light brown ones and one dark brown Because of my procrastination I did a few changes in it but it turned out so good 🌻 everyone loved it So I made back 4/4 (16) instead of 4/5 (25) because I’m skinny and I just wanted it to end😂 it did fit me so well not too loose not too tight, so yeah, I thought that arms gonna be short with 3/3 (9) but after attaching them it was perfect Making squares are easy but time consuming and you do get bored by making same thing again and again. Overall it turned out beautiful I love sunflowers 🌻 and I LOVED IT Thank you for this beautiful and easy tutorial ♥️

Obrigado! ❤ (I absolutely loved my time in Portugal this year!) The terms 8/4 and 8/8 indicate the thickness and length of cotton yarn. The number in front of the hyphen indicates the thickness of the cotton that the yarn is made of, whereas the number after the hyphen indicates how many strands/ply - or yarn fibres - the yarn is spun from. Hi love the cardigan! I am planning on making this and was wondering what size it will fit? I am not sure whether to add an extra row to my granny squares.
