Welcome back to the channel, Natasha and myself head off with the Ultimate in tow and find ourselves in sunny corner state forest in a lesser known spot that we know about. Its a bit difficult to get too with the camper on but its a great spot and worth the effort. not a single vehicle came past camp all weekend.

Yeah we do like it there, close to home and some great spots in there. Yeah , Natasha is still limping a bit , the surgeon did say 12 months till full recovery and the cold weather doesn’t help too much. Thanks for watching 👍🤠

the meat , veggies and rice dish looks yummy. I would do it slightly in a different way. Wash and Soak the rice in water for some 10-15 minutes or more. Try to measure the beef soup before putting the rice in. 2 cups of meat soup should be enough for 1 cup of rice. Put the rice in, cook it at high heat about 5 mins, when you see the water is drying, close the lid and leave it for 20 minutes on very slow fire. once done, enjoy the beef & veggies pulao .
