Ready to break a sweat and boost your fitness journey? Join Sunny Trainer, Dana, for an easy 10-minute Beginner Elliptical workout that's packed with effective, pyramid-style intervals. In just a short amount of time, you'll gradually increase and decrease your resistance levels, building strength and endurance for a stronger you!
Time Stamps:
00:20-Level 1 - Warm-up: Ease into the workout with a comfortable level of resistance to get your body ready.
01:20-Level 2: Start the pyramid with a slight increase in resistance.
01:50-Level 3: Gradually up the challenge to level 3.
02:20-Level 4: Feel the burn as you progress to level 4.
02:50-Level 5: Push yourself to level 5 for an added challenge.
03:20-Level 6: Maintain your momentum at level 6.
03:50-Level 7: Conquer level 7 with determination.
04:20-Level 8: Reach your peak resistance at level 8.
04:55-Level 7: Step down slightly to level 7.
05:23-Level 6: Gradually decrease to level 6.
05:53-Level 5: Lower the resistance to level 5.
06:21-Level 4: Transition to level 4.
06:51-Level 3: Keep the momentum going at level 3.
07:21-Level 2: Ease down further to level 2.
08:10-Level 8: Introduce a burst of intensity at level 8.
08:50-Level 2: Quickly transition back to level 2.
09:15-Level 8: Push your limits one more time at level 8.
09:52-Take it Down: Wind down your workout with a comfortable cooldown, allowing your heart rate to gradually return to normal.

2 minutes on this machine and i feel like im dying my thighs are hurting me so much how can i get used to this machine?

To ease into it, try starting with shorter sessions and gradually build up your time as your muscles adjust. Don’t forget to stretch before and after your workout to help with soreness. We also recommend consulting with your doctor or primary healthcare provider to determine if this machine is the best option for you.

At age 50, overweight and just beginning on the elliptical. This is a really good workout for me. Now I'm wondering how many times, and how long is okay to work out in a day. Any suggestions? Thanks!
