I was shocked this burned 254 calories. I did do it post back ab dumbbell workout so my heart rate started up, but still. This was super easy for me but impressive calorie burn. Whoot. Thanks!

A good workout but I have one very minor complaint with your workouts. The countdown timer in the upper right is distracting when it inverts each number as it counts down. Maybe you think it's cute but I would prefer that the numbers maintained their upright orientation while counting down. But as I said this is a minor complaint. I can avoid it by trying not to look at the countdown timer.

Good enough workout but this channel lost respect in my book by objectifying and exploiting a woman's body to get views. The pose in the thumbnail and the fact that she had to switch tops in order to actually do the workout indicate that it was purely to get attention, not to mention the "if you want to see more of Irina..." comment at the end. No, I don't want to see more of her or her chest, or quite frankly this channel. Shame on both of them. I'll workout with The Body Coach or RC Fitness from now on.
