Love this, yes planning and prioritizing is a game changer. It's like the more you do, the more you want to do and if you say too many yeses you find yourself getting away from the home base of what you really want. I've also started meditating more lately and yes 🙌🏽 it's what's up 😁 love the morning routine vid and this one too!

I love these videos of yours, kinda help me relax and become focused at the same time. Currently, while homeschooling kids and having to cook for the three men in the family (hubby has to work from home as well, and since he's a hired employee, he can't choose his schedule and help me much with the chores) and trying to stay sane AND run business (actually, I'm trying to sign a contract with a major client this week - all while cooking and homeschooling and walking and feeding the monsters), routines become even more relatable. STAY SANE people. Healthy routines will help us overcome this coronavirus craziness 🌻

Do you have bad habits? For example, I do. I can't skip all my bad habits because I like them so much. I feel that my life will be boring without them. However, I'm trying to replace them with good habits. Two years ago, I broke smoking. I replaced it with reading blogs. One year ago, I stopped eating meat. I replaced it with eating mushrooms, vegetables, nuts, and berries. Are you going to replace some of your bad habits to good ones? Share your thoughts in the comments.

Okay! I just watched this video and I can’t believe how much this speaks to me. I’ve been doing my kinda routine and am struggling to be consistent. But, now I think Sunny is right! I don’t have to do every thing like a robot. Reading, meditating, writing and some kind of workout has been a part of my routine for almost a year now, and I cannot stress more on the “POWER OF MEDITATION” that has helped me grow in so many ways I could not have imagined. You are on point Sunny! 💕 I would definitely try giving myself space to tune in with my body when it comes to my routine. Thank you so much for sharing this ❤️

More great advice! I have so many irons in so many fires… I tried to tend them all and felt confused half the time, writing and re-writing lists. Now I kick out the important stuff and move the rest by dividing my so list into a top and bottom half. The top items are MUSTS, and the bottom is, “Yeah, we’ll see about these.”

Organic Acting you are not being too hard. Emotion is the number one indicator to tell us are we on track to our goals. We brain is amazing since we set up a goal our mind knows that is why people do not set up goals they do not want to feel the burn if they cannot do it.

I felt like I was a machine (I was a new mom! lol) and was really happy but just felt like it was work, baby, clean and created no space for myself! Thanks for this, Sunny. #3 - listen to your body resonated most with me. Last week (before things got insane), I had a bad anxiety attack that was basically burn out but was centered around dealing with the reality of our 14 year old dog becoming diabetic and blind, my father in law entering hospice, and keeping up with a full time job and KZbin. My body was sending cues, and I wasn't listening. It took me a few days to get back in the mental space where I can post about it, and am glad that I did.

One of my daily habits that I've put on my menu is to watch one of your videos when I have the clarity to really absorb your information. You are hands down my faourite KZbin mentor! I have only 5 that I pay attention to and you are the only one I will go out of my way to make time to watch. Being an entrepreneur with two channels of my own, and a person with a physical lung disability, as well as a mother and wife, I am very protective of my time. I just wanted you to know Sunny how seriously valuable each of your videos is. I'm going to go check out the TM meditation and the Infradian rhythm for women. Thank-you for those tips. I already have a large menu of meditations and hypnosis that I love, but I'm a gemini and love to change things up a bit and add more options to my daily menu. LOVE that term by the way! Big hugs
