I did this with my dad. Absolutely amazing! We were on the second tour and we had a beautiful morning for it. Just enough clouds to give us a really pretty sunrise and clear views of the park. Not sure what my favorite part was because all of it was pretty fantastic. I did love going up under TTD and Millennium's hills and getting up close to the trains and learning about their daily maintenance. We also got to look at this big storage area that is hidden in the middle of Millennium's layout. Found old train cars there as well as Halloweekend props and even an old boat from the Paddle Wheel Excursions!

So, I've been going to Cedar Point since I was about 5 years old (I'm gonna be 51 on Halloween and if I didn't look like a 38-year-old, I wouldn't be telling you this - Lol!). I would absolutely LOVE to take this tour. I'd drown that guide with so many questions and observations and touch EVERYTHING that's safe to be touched! (Yep! I'm THAT girl!) Thanks for the video and I'd love to find out more about this tour.

I can relate with you. I'm 37 but I look like I'm in my early 20's maybe even still a teenager!!! Lol. I guess were kinda blessed I guess. As far as this goes, I'd love to go up on Millennium Force and take a tour of that from waaaaay up there!!!! It would be absolutely breathtaking from 315ft up!

Great video! I visited Cedar Point from England a few months ago, I loved it! I did the Sunrise Thrills tour too and am in the process of making a video about it. It's only going to be around 15 mins long but so far it's took me around 15 hours to edit the bloody thing! You've gained a sub in me :)

I'm a bit dismayed at this point. I'm really into ride control panels and control systems. I did this tour in July hoping they would let us see at least one control booth, and they didn't do that for us. The tour was great value, but seeing that your group got to go into Valravn's, I'm a bit upset that our group didn't get to.

I swear I watched a Busch Gardens video where they had a tour just like this on Griffon dive coaster and the guests were not tethered at the top of the ride. I'm so glad they were here. I even messaged the ride operator who posted the video about why the guests were not tethered up there and he has ignored me so far. Shouldn't that be standard?

What if someone passes out or has medical emergency? If they trip are there any spaces? There is obviously a reason Cedar Point uses tethers. That handrail is literally 3 ft tall. Not inconceivable if someone fainted that they could fall over it.
