I wanted Kelsie Annie Joy but it wasn't available so I ordered Sylvia instead. Can't wait to see what it looks like. Bonny

Excited to try the Root Riot this year. How often do you water your potted up tubers? I have had a couple rot in the process. Thanks!

Hi Christina, I bought a package of Root Riot. I know I will not use most of the package this year. Can you tell me the best way to store these so they don’t get moldy? Thanks.

I just stored mine at room temp and they were fine!

Does a new shoot grow from the exact spot where you took the cutting from?

Yes it will continue to grow back

How far in advance do I need to start this project? I don’t receive my tubers until April and I’m wondering if that will be too late

You would start your tubers right when you get them and if the growth gets big enough, go ahead and take cuttings. Or just start them early to get a head start and plant them in the ground with growth - then you’ll have blooms earlier!

What are the root riots made from? What happens to it as the plant grows…does it remain or dissolve after awhile?

Sphagnum peat moss. I pot them up into soil so it just mixes in with that as it grows and probably falls apart
