Cette vidéo est assez spéciale pour tout un tas de raisons... C'est la première vidéo qui est produite par Millenium, c'est à ce moment que j'ai réellement rejoint cette structure en tant que bénévole, et qu'à côté de mes vidéos WoW, je suivais les différentes équipes Millenium sur les différents events, principalement Counter Strike.
Néanmoins nous sommes toujours avec la guilde Empire qui a disband en plein milieu du tournage. Les 3 premiers boss étaient déjà dans la boite, donc pour marquer le coup, j'ai fait appel à la meilleure guilde du monde à l'époque : Nihilum.
On peut retrouver un hommage à la guilde Empire à la fin de la vidéo. Sniff... C'est également la première vidéo que j'ai présentée sur des salons à Paris, ma première rencontre avec les fans. Tout d'abord à la Blizzard WWI en 2008, j'ai présenté la première partie avec la guilde Empire.
Et ensuite au Festival du jeu vidéo où j'ai dévoilé la vidéo dans son intégralité, la salle de conférence était pleine à craquer, il y avait aussi des journalistes comme « Jeux Online », « Game Fed », etc. et les gens ne pouvaient plus rentrer et se bousculaient à la porte. Il y a ensuite eu une séance de dédicace. C'était vraiment incroyable, j'étais à la fois stressé et très content.
Dans mes vidéos j'ai toujours voulu montrer ce qu'on pouvait vraiment vivre tous les soirs en raid, j'ai toujours limité les effets spéciaux, et je ne me suis jamais servi d'incrustation sur fond vert avec WoW Model Viewer. Pour Sunwell, j'ai mis plusieurs passages qui ont nécessité pas mal de post production, notamment l'introduction et les 3 premiers boss.
La partie avec Nihilum est faite sans ajout de model. Je me suis beaucoup inspiré des manga pour faire ces séquences. Le passage avec la guilde Nihilum sur Mu'ru est peut être un des meilleurs.
Pour l'intro, ceux qui me suivent depuis longtemps ont reconnu que je m'étais inspiré de mon intro de Only-FR 2, une de mes vidéos Counter Strike. J'ai réutilisé la voix d'Al Pacino dans le film « L'enfer du dimanche » où il motive ses troupes. Ce n'est pas mon plus grand succès, j'ai néanmoins reçu beaucoup de messages de personnes pour qui Sunwell était leur vidéo préférée.

4:02 this moment always felt super cringe to me like "wtf is this" i told myself even when i was like 16-17y old edge lady this moment was so bad! lmao Also i love how the movie dont bother giving any lore out of the raid, like no explaination who Kalecgos is, not even showing how the blue dragon died from Burtallus, and ofc not even showing what happens after Kil'jaeden is defeated OR EVEN how he is defeated, like explaining about Anvina turning the powers of the well agaisnt Kil'jaeden not even mentioned wiht voices lines...

@@JackRomain Thats exactly how i felt about it, this reminds me also of tales of past 3 when you have fight between LK and Ashbringer being literal bleach fight... Thing is, this clearly had a bad impact on wow, because you clearly see this in wow now, the kameamea agaisnt n'zoth for example, when you see that moment, when your character float in air and throw massive beam at N'zoth, you cant not think of these machinima players did back in these days, and thats what to me, led to these problems. It is the way the machinima back in these days were told, how the players are shown as the heroes, the only one that have the powers, like if they were all super sayen or something, while the idea always was players to be simple war3 units like footmen and grunts.
