This is my super set bicep workout from the gym.
Bicep Workout Superset
Dumbbell Hammer Workout 4 sets of 10 reps
Barbell EZ Bar Curls 4 sets of 10 reps
Dumbbell Bicep Curls 4 sets of 10 reps
Reverse EZ Bar Curls 4 sets or 10 reps
Incline Dumbbell Curls 4 sets of 10 reps
Bicep 21's 4 sets of 10 reps
I only do this superset bicep arm workout once per week.

Just did this arm workout session its great thanks man my arms are pumped. Im still working on my vertical to dunk i keep running into a problem though. Its like after i train in the weight room and jump training i notice the increase in my vertical but when i take couple of days of rest to fully recover its like i lose the increased vertical gain how and it takes me about 3 to 4 days to my body back on track what can i do to maintain my increased vertical without losing it on rest days?

Any diet you recommend for skinny people who are just starting to work out? I only have access to dumbells at my house which isn't a bad thing. Does it necessarily have to be healthy? Or just EAT BIG like some people say?

Maks P The Truth I will be more then happy to get them 3/4 the size of you and you still want more. I accualy only went home from a 2h 20mins legs workout with my m8 when he was doing hes legs i did your bicep exercises, and i have to say the one with the long bar (bicep curls) is a killer i started it with 30kg and it was quite hard so i went down to 22kg i think it was there was no marker and i did 10 reps instead of 7 on all 3 parts. and i really appriciate that you answer not only me but alot of people. Other channels do not care at all about the questions and you reply to even stupid stuf that i post. and can i know the song in the intro and outro its my kind of music

isnt this over training am not trying to be rude or anything but are you using steroids how is the muscle supposed to recover if your going to throw 28 sets at it. The limit for biceps should be 12-14 not 28 sets thats double the limit bro. And what pisses me off even more is that people look up to you and mimick your workout routine and end up injuring themselves trust me people if you copy this workout youll be getting smaller rather then bigger your tearing to many muscle fibres and your body wont be able to recover for your next workout which i assume is a week later this workout plan could work for people on steroids.
