All the action in the world doesn't matter if it doesn't look good, sound good, or center around good characters, good character development, good dialog, good story, and good set pieces. As a DC fan for decades. I feel this. Superman was the first super hero movie my dad let me watch as a kid. So I do love the classic shorts, but I understand why people don't. I just want him to be in a good movie that isn't over saturated. Cavill was a great Superman I'm just not a Snyder fan. I do love how accurate they were here with how social media is on superhero movies atm. I just want to enjoy a fun super hero movie.

Same here man my Dad let me to watch the original Superman movie starring Christopher Reeve and I remember seeing Batman Begins directed by Christopher Nolan. Ever since when I was 10 years old starring Christen Bale. But I’m not a Zack Snyder fan who made the DC Universe darker and lots of sadness and pain. That’s why I prefer the Nolan’s films, Christopher Reeve Superman, and Maybe Tim Burton two previous Batman movies. But my Dad grew up watching The Adventures of Superman starring George Reeves and Adam West Batman tv show in the 1950s and the late 1960s.
