I agree the canvas grappling dummies are easier to stuff and are not as stiff.

Have you considered making some kind of supercharged hips to give your dummy a guard? I was thinking a 90 degree joint of heater hose (I think the plex pipe would break)

I have played around with the hip joint, but don't have a solid solution yet. I think the 90 degree heater hose is a very good idea!
