SUPER Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread | Christmas Tree Bread

Soft, warm pull-apart rolls filled with cheese, and brushed with a garlic herb butter. Then topped with even more cheese and seasonings to make the holidays even better. These super chessy garlic pull-apart breads are very easy to make, and if you don't want to make your own dough (which I recommend making because it's easy and tastes better) then there are alternate ways of making this on our blog! For the bread:
210 milliliter milk , warm (or ¾ cup + 2 TBSP)
1 teaspoon active dry yeast (or ½ envelop)
315 gram all-purpose flour (2½ cup spooned & leveled)
2 Tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 Tablespoon unsalted butter , softened
4 stick string mozzarella (about 3.5 ounce block mozz.)
Garlic butter & optional seasonings:
6 Tablespoon unsalted butter
1 Tablespoon garlic , minced
½ Tablespoon dry parsley flakes (optional)
½ Tablespoon oregano flakes (optional)
Grated parmesan (optional)
Mozzarella , shredded (optional)
Kosher salt (optional)
Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Marinara sauce (optional)
