Let me show you how to prepare this flavourful, healthy and absolutely delicious Superfood Quinoa. It is packed with lots of nutrients and health benefits.This makes a wonderful lunch or dinner recipe and is ready in 30 minutes or less.
INGREDIENTS
3 cups Quinoa
1 Yellow Bell pepper
1 Onion
2 Carrots
2 Bay leaves
3 stalks Spring Onion
2 large Paprika
1/3 cup Coconut oil
Garlic
Ginger
Turmeric
Sweet corn
Cooked Black beans
Chicken broth or Water
Spices- Chicken bouillon seasoning, Curry powder, Corriander powder
Handful Fresh Corriander leaves
