VERY FLAVOURFUL & CREAMY LENTIL CURRY
Let me show you how to prepare this creamy, flavourful, healthy and absolutely delicious Soul food Lentil curry. It can be eaten with alone or with rice, potatoes and even bread. This makes a wonderful lunch or dinner recipe.
INGREDIENTS
300g Red Lentils (soaked in cold water for 8hours)
2 large Onions
3 medium Carrot
1 Celery stick
3 Garlic cloves
1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
700g Meat with bone
10 Cardamon pods
2 teaspoons Ginger powder
2 teaspoons Corriander powder
2 teaspoons Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Sweet Paprika
1 teaspoon Curry powder
Beef Seasoning cube
Salt to taste
400g Plum Tomato
400ml Coconut milk
300g Green Beans
Handful Fresh Corriander leaves
