That voltage is in the order of 2 - 3 kV. Because you the arc starts by just touching or from 1 mm apart. (I believe 500kV was written mistakenly.) The isolation of the cables you used is so weak that it can not withstand more than 3 kV. The same is true for the windings. There is no extra insulation between the winding layers. The isolation of the enamel is good for only 1kv. Why dont you measure the output voltage by a capacitive voltage divider?

It's not wrong, it's deliberately exaggerated. There is something called breakdown voltage. Under normal conditions it is about 3Kv per centimeter for air. If it was 500Kv it would be electrocuted and killed instantly if grounded regardless of whether the wire insulation was good or not. Even stun guns can kill you with their 2-7mA current, and here it is probably much more and not just a pulse like there and with the lightning. Even with this real voltage, it's not done that way. If there is a break in the insulation or until the cable and you are not insulated, the damage can be fatal. It was not played with such high voltage. Electricity is no joke.

la idea es buena pero el pegamento instantáneo no es adecuado ya que este se sale con el calor y lo otro el calibre del alambre es muy delgado por lo tanto generara un nivel de watts súper alto pero su caída a la hora de la carga o descarga seria demasiado bajo ya que su capacidad de amperes es muy baja y será mayor su recalentamiento saludos desde colombia

add to that machine a wimshurst static generator and get MEGGA volts also use a secondary thick coil 25 or 30 turns ,, in back of the first coil you made to get the higher amps. ALL you need to run a full house on is 120 volts 50 - 60 amps divided by the fuses for each room 6000 Watts continuous. The more things you have for a load ,, the more harder it will be to spin the magnet and it will heat up the coil. That is why they use gas engines to rotate the shaft on generators because an electric motor can not take the continuous load. BUT if you are running equipment that takes less power then an electric motor will work.

Please check properly ,, Running with drill you get about 2500v,,, when run it with proper motor you may get upto 5000 v,,, I suggest not to run at high speed or the winding may get burnt at this voltage,,, since it is not made for high voltage,,, It is a very good effort anyway,,,,,

Намотка на такие большие напряжения должна вестись секционно, с изоляцией между секциями, и уж тем более не в навалку. Пробой в катушке обеспечен в ближайшее время после ввода в эксплуатацию. А так это игрушка и не больше!

ИМХО цель секционирования высоковольтных обмоток - уменьшение паразитной емкости обмотки, ограничивающей например на ЭСтат. звукоизлучателе полосу частот уже с 5-10кгц если не секционировать вторичку а мотать послойно. устойчивость к пробою при этом - следствие разделения провода вторички на отделенные друг от друга изолированные отрезки ее, и если не пугает емкость вторички(скажем для катушки зажигания грузовика) мотать послойно - проще, больше слоёв и разделителей пленки меж ними - так ТВС от старых теликов имеет не секционированную высоковольтную вторичку, а послойно с межслойной изоляцией и эпоксидкой проклеена вторичка у некоторых - прозрачная насквозь -с клеммой торчащей от последнего витка сквозь "скотч последнего слоя изолятора однако это не лучшее а лишь достаточное решение, так ТВС-110 от ЧБ ТВ "Рекорд" лампового при 20кгц выдает 7.5кв постоянки после выпрямления на конденсаторах 200вт выдавая - также хорошо как и на частоте 60кгц, но не день за днем как на 20кГц а один день отсилы, в теченее которого она горячая весьма, внутри у нее озон походу выделяется, или короной одной - пробивает себя - будь секционирована держала бы частоты повыше - просто за счёт в разЫ лучшей удалённости последних витков от первых, и отсутствия лишнего диэлектрика погонную емкость вносящим при послойной изоляции- особенно если лавсаном(был уверен что скотч - лавсан - оказ-ца нет! родственник полиэтилена некий как ни странно лавсан в 10раз сильнее нагреваться будет на частотах выше 1кгц ужЕ чем полипропилен или полистирол или фторопласт колебательный контур с К73 раскачать можно в 3 а не в 10раз(по току и напряжению) в резонансе на 3кгц а на 20-200кгц лавсановые пленочные конденсаторы только греются, либо использовать себя позволяют на сглаживании небольших пульсаций относительно постоянного напряжения близкого к паспортному максимуму, переменка грее саму пленку и он загорается, в отличие например от слюдяного КСО или полипропиленового К78 вообще холодными остающиеся на ВЧ даже если на всю катушку их переменкой дипциклить в составе контура

​@@MrNemo84007 Я не знаю видно ли из инета, на моем канале есть видео и схемы плазмотрона звукоизлучающего - последнее что я собрал, в нём на ТВС-110 собран импульсный преобразователь 220VAC-15000VDC*13mA(200вт долговременно он отдавал на питание анодов ГП-3 пары диффкаскадом - тетродный директдрайв электромстатических звукоизлучателей самодельных, в школьные годы высокое напряжение-это было интереснее всего, из катушки зажигания от ЗИЛ-130, телеграфного поляризованного реле(в википедии картинка есть - оно 3кгц может коммутировать переключающим контактом(зазоры все калибруются, и запоминать либо отлипать в центр или одну сторонц- как настроиш - при откл. питания, конденсатор типа МБГЧ для двигателя от проигрывателя, что-то типа 450в 2мкф - все соединено последовательно(реле само себя(обмотку, паралельно с контактом замыкающим при ее включении )замыкало-отпускаясь-так работало как зуммер на частоте несколько десятков герц, в случайные моменты фазы сети втыкая в розетку бобину через конденсатор, что само по себе ничего не даеь кроме однократной искры, но если через зуммер-реле -то когда фаза розетки противоположна конденсатору заряженному и втык наступает - 620в на бобину идет импульсом сети+конденсатор, к концу которого конд. переворачивается полярностью - и походу реле то еще и синхронно с сетью это делало - но можно и на любом тарахтящем - только шумно и медленнее - пробивает через верх бобины, провож парафином залил = стало несколько больше 10см длиной искра, причем на слух 20-30гц - и очень оглушающий звук 10см стримеров (тоже телеграфное реле включенное зсаморазмыкающим зуммером при размыкании контакта приводящем тутже к падению тока катушки реле - не дает далеко отлететь контакту - тутже отпуская на состояние неразомкнутой цепи ток растёт размыкая ее снова, тогда >10кгц пищало, правда переключением это не являлос, только микроразрывом дуги с пульсациями-контакт едва оторван и в зазоре дуга горит и пищит от постоянкит, дуга при этом не гаснет в мометр размыкания контакта, а толькл ток падать начинает - переставая оттягивать контакт от вкл состояния самим этим состоянием "тяня"на разрыв... не на зуммер даже, а больше похоже режимом работы на принциа автостабилизации дуги, где электрод током дуги последовательно с соленоидом- назад оттягивается при КЗ ) - на 38VDC 3.5A от двух комп. БП ноутов последовательно, подавал на столик стальной и над ним электрод, тоже напряжение на катуху выдвигающую электрод до замыкания, при замыкании напряжение ИБП падало и катуха слегка умеряла свой пыл, толкая электрод вперед - к столику-второй элд.который - не до замыкания а до снижения напряжения(просадки) "компромисного", помоему она одинаково с первой работала - в первой ток дуги оттягивает назад электрод а тут просадка БП уменьшает вытопыривание его вперед. - работает как голова курицы следящая за едой если курицу двтигать в руки взяв - голова будто приклеена (стабилизация видеокамеры была бы суперская ) на одном месте а тело ее в руках - в некоторых пределах можно сдвигать и поворачивать - никак на голову не влияя - и с дугой следящая система будто держит электрод на 5мм и дугу стабильной, а ручка с катухой электродная в руке покачивается с рукой - будто не связанная с электродом отдельгый предмет - как тот корпус курицы ... каска для глазз нужна ессно - там УФ

Good work! But you should revise the text for Super high voltage generator 10000V and not 500000V!. The arc of a potential voltage of 500000V would reach 50 centimeters aproximately, and not 1 centimeter like it is doing! Is not possible to reach 500000V utilizing a device like this......

ok i'M NOt sure why you didn't reply to anyone, but I'll ask the same question. very impressive indeed that you have created 500kv, but how can we use it to power anything ? is there is any way you can dial it down to 220-110v and turn all the lost voltage to AMPS? if you can do that, then it's a well don generator, if not, then it's just a massive taser lol. one more thing, what is the point of having those plates? are they made of iron ? or aluminum? would it still work as good without them?
