I am 13 years and 7 months old , i grew up with my grandparents who born at 1960 , i asked my grandparent for better school , they said that is impossible but i said that is possible because i am optimistic person so it became a conflict , my grandparents does not have any knowledge about world , I have a advice for all parents Don't control your child , if they are doing some habits that lead to danger then only control them I asked for my self improvement and future growth this is not bad habit so support habits like this Their control lead me to lower my values and i got suicidal thoughts also Because i thought life purpose is becoming best version of us so i want get better education to get my best version but they rejected that lead me to change the purpose after identifying other purpose i just felt that life is waste and it is not worth living so it is better to support and prevent them from these thoughts

Sir talk about maladaptive daydreaming pls. When iam studying school I concentrated on my studies but after completing my school I struggle n concentration. I imagine a situation & I travel in that so I don't live n present moment. Sometimes i think alot about future. When iam at work I can't complete the work on time I get distract by thoughts. I always imagine a different things, sometimes I think anger kind of situation & I talk to myself & I get angry, sometimes I look at mirror & I talk to myself, sometimes I think about fututristic happy moment but those things won't happen except time waste. Please talk about maladaptive day dreaming & how to overcome from that.
