No not at all.something i learn in ff7 is. Sequenced music free the disk access,so it can be used to stream something else than music. Like levels loading seamlessly.

To mention ff7 again,for Sephiroth fight thé console play one winged angel. It really depends if you want to include variation in the music or not.new donk city is a good exemple.

I'm pretty sure this is sequenced so the music fully pausing when you pause the game or get hit/power up/die - something it doesn't do in other levels - doesn't sound as abrupt. I didn't know it was sequenced either, but it makes a lot of sense thinking about it!

This is a very good level. The beep block levels in 3d land weren't spicy enough, and then 3d world said "Hot sauce is my favorite beverage" and gave us a very zesty level 🔥 😊. I still can't believe that baseline is sequenced as hot as it sounds 🥵.

I feel like with Mario soundtracks, the more “metric” you go with any particular line, the more CRAZY you go with the baseline. And this track has a part that goes BEEP BEEP BEEP _BONK_ every two measures. That’s like, as metric as it can get. Edit: I’m glad you opted to include the BONK part lol. 5:56

I believe this specific song is a sequence file, or a .MIDI of some sort, as the different synths and samples can be singularily found in the game's files.

More surprising because Gamecube games usually (or always) used a chiptune-style design for their music, but most WiiU songs are orchestral, unless the song producers made them obviously 'fake'.

*gamecube usually has sequenced music while most wii u music is streamed i actually dont know how true the second thing is, its actually very hard to tell digital vs live recordings sometimes anyw the reason this song in particular is sequenced is probably (definitely) because the blocks are supposed to sync up with it. that way if the game lags or something the music wont desync from the blocks

this sounds kinda good for a Rhythm Heaven Fever level! controls would be: Every beep except for last one : press A On the last beep, hold A + B, release on the 'BONK' and like there would be cues for how many beeps there'll be like itll have a modified version of the song that has different numbers of beeps every 2 measures

It is fully streamed but this song's an exception. See, when you get a power-up or get hit, the game freezes a bit and so the song would be off sync with the beep blocks if it was streamed. That's why it's sequenced.
