I think the VHS’s colors look more natural. The room is supposed to be darkly lit and it just looks so much better on VHS.

Personally, I think both look good in different ways. The VHS one is all dark and kinda lonely while the mm one is sorta hazy, and foggy. Objectively tho, you're right, vhs just looks better atmospherically

It's amazing how you can see more of the picture in the 16mm release print, compared to the original 1986 VHS release.

Japanese-Brazilian people did remake *The Penguin's New Groove* with the animation style of Scooby-Doo and the Witch's Ghost, compared to kzbin.info/www/bejne/qnndeoajgJedqJo and released in North America and Japan on VHS and DVD in my 1st birthday.

I hope this will be in English fan dubed, and by that, I mean make all the characters voices sound like based on video games like get someone to voice Princess Peach and Toads so they sound like Jen Taylor's or Samantha Kelly's voice, and get someone to voice Mario and Luigi so they like Charles Martinet's voice. :)

The transfer itself is done to my knowledge, it's the actual digital restoration process that takes time, especially when you consider this isn't a huge team of people and it's not the guy's day job.
