I think most places would have fired someone that was smoking weed and excessively drinking on a business trip then found themselves in a person bed. What surprises me is the other party was not fired aswell for the same. If they have evidence he should have atleast been guilty of showing her naked without her consent when she was sleeping. In which the officer was a witness. Anything else would have had to been concrete criminally and some form of evidence civilly. Smoke n drink excessively at home. As for the elected official some more people would have to come out. One thing this is is something to be investigated.

1. Woke up with no memory of how she got to Holmes hotel room. 2. Her body didn’t feel right 3. Officer Miles informs her she should go to the hospital. 4. She goes to the hospital but only gets tested for STDs but didn’t get a rap kit. 5. Didn’t have blood tested for any date rape drugs. 6. Absolutely no toxicology test done. 7. She admitted before even talking to TH that she didn’t want to hurt the Mayor. 8. She claims she wanted AH to go to jail or to hell. 9. Eventually wrote down what she wanted but apparently “jail or hell” didn’t make the list. 8. By her own admission she refused to cooperate with the Village investigation. 9. A police report not filed with LVPD almost a YEAR after the Vegas trip and alleged SA. Why wait so long when you learned of the alleged assault the NEXT day. If I have no memory of an alleged assault I’m going to the hospital immediately and telling them I may have been sexually assaulted but have no memory of the incident. I would request a rape kit and toxicology reports. Fuck going to the mayor or worrying about protecting her.

Shame on these people in the comments for judging a victim. She didn’t do anything to anyone, she was assaulted & then humiliated. She is young, new to politics, & was believing in her mentor-someone she trusted. We can come out with our righteous opinions about the “list” Kamal asked her to make, but really sit back & think about it. You are with a lifelong friend who has recently come into powerful positions & brought you up with her, you have been SA’d, you are scared, embarrassed, & angry. You know you will be risking your friend’s image & she has placed you in a position where you are able to easily, for the first time, live comfortably & not struggle…and you can’t recall exactly what happened to you. You are also a “no name” accusing a beloved senior community activist. Yes, there was smoking/drinking on the trip, she admitted to that. She is the ONLY person who has admitted to any poor conduct in this whole situation. However, that’s on leadership to correct their staff.l fairly. But I think we al know why no one on that trip would have been discouraged or disciplined for those things. It’s clear she has blamed herself & she shouldn’t. She was with a trusted person who is old enough to be her father. I can’t imagine dealing w/SA, shame, letting down a friend, my job/ability to care for my child, facing intimidation, being betrayed, etc. and then be expected to make all the perfect decisions throughout when I finally speak. Now she clearly stated in a recent interview that those trips had nothing to do with the village. So therefore she went alone with it knowing wrong was being done. If this hadn't happen she would still be enjoying the taxpayer dollars. All if these folks are a hot mess. They all was with Tiff. All of them. Now all of them innocent and the mayor the only guilty one. I don't believe it.

There are some places where the responsibility does fall on the mayor to handle the aftermath of something like this with her staff. Focusing on blaming the mayor & money is such an odd angle to me right now though. The mayor wasn’t SA’d & is still employed receiving taxpayer funds & there is an unaccounted for $500k check with her single signature on it, whilst she is being investigated by the FBI will rarely show up & leave empty handed..I could go on but I will stop there. Blame can be spread about misconduct on trips but Fenia is here admitting to her behavior. The mayor has never once taken responsibility for even one thing despite there being hours of footage of her lying and being fact checked in 4k. This is about someone being r*ped. So they are being overpaid & smoking & drinking so that means what- an old perv can drug & SA people? Also, keep in mind the MAYOR is the person who decided these roles, the people to place in them, and the salaries they were to receive. So who is to be addressed about mismanagement of taxpayer funds if not her? She wants the glory, the power…being responsible is part of that.

So she was Smoking weed and drinking alcohol on a "business" trip paid by taxpayers with a board member. Getting black out drunk and high with AH on said "business" trip. There is no video /recordings or evidence of the assault. Asked to make a list of what she wanted as a pay off for the assault....and she did.. And She was being paid $138k a year as an assistant ???? Interesting.
