how do you stove the cake and for how many days prior can this be made and kept? If it’s to be made in a square pan what would be the size please

If you make it properly, you can keep this more than a month easily. Still use 9 inch square tray..♥️

It's not a must. In Sri Lanka , yes, we use most of the time. But in other countries they use almond flour or similar products instead of that. If you really need to add some, reduce that amount from the flour and add some.♥️
