I tried this recipe and made it into a Pumpkin shape with a silicone mold (not a Bundt pan). The cake was SUPER moist and delicious but the middle fell through and caved in while it was cooling. Any idea why it would do that? I tested it with a toothpick before I removed it from the oven and it came out clean. (video of my attempt on my channel). Any tips would be appreciated!

This cake is ridiculously soft have to he very careful with it until it's completely cooled. Did you remove it from the pan right away? Maybe it needed to stay in the pan for a good 20 mins before removing or it probably wasn't cooked all the way..
