I watched the video today an had all the ingredients. I made it an its 10/10 🎉🎉 it was moist and tasted lovely. Oh i added some sweetened shredded coconut to mines as well cause it was laying around😂 thanks for sharing your recipes and videos❤🙏🏾

Quick question. I'm measuring my Libby's pumpkin and the can says that 15 oz (just shy of 2 cups) is 425 g. I'm only using 1/2 of the can (1 cup) so it would be roughly 215 grams for the one cup but your recipe calls for 1 cup "or" 250g. Is the 215 grams or 1 cup, going to be enough or do I need to add a few more grams of puree to accomplish the 250g. Sorry if that was confusing. I guess I should ask which takes precedence; 8 oz (1 cup) or 250 grams? Thank you ;). And thank you so much for the delicious recipes. I tried your lemon blueberry cake a couple of months ago and we went crazy for it, along with the Automotive Techs that my husband works with!!!

hi, your sponge cakes look amazing. can I use them for a layer cake? not this one i want many layers... wont my layers collapse? because they look really spongy

Thanks so much! :) Yes you should be able to use my cake recipes for layer cakes, you'll just need to use a good stable frosting if you have more than 3 layers :) Enjoy!

We don't have all purpose flour and all your recipes use all purpose so if possible give us an indication if we can use cake flour

Hi there! :) Usually if my recipes contain cornstarch in a small quantity, then you can substitute both the cornstarch and all purpose flour with cake flour and it should work fine :)
