@@1yoshi426 I double checked the wiki and there are Cursyas that teleport you back to Flipside, but apparently they don't appear in either pit (thank god). They are still a nuisance though. Note: They are the grey ones so make sure not to jump on those ones.

Would it be faster to defeat the Gigabite and the Dark Megabite with Barry? it seems like there's a lot of waiting for them to be at jumping level whereas with proper timing Barry can be used to attack them at any point

Yep you have to rely on RNG to get the Miracle Dinner because cooking a Mystery gives you random items or even mistakes

I really liked mario rpg, paper mario, mario and luigi superstar saga, and paper mario thousand year door. I was expecting a game like those and that really ruined it for me. I think that probably happened for a lot of people when this came out. Despite that, I forced myself to play through what felt like a lot, but stopped when i got ridiculously bored and the game decided to get a bit troll. To get the order of hitting the blocks in 5-1 i believe you were supposed to go back to town and talk to the dude.. first combination was only 3 hits. Second combination was like 25 fucking hits. I said fuck that and never played it again. I see in this video they found a way to just skip that bullshit. 2:59:50

@@Brandd1 I would agree although I think this is an amazing game. The 5-1 thing is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. Firstly, when you encounter those blocks, tippi doesn’t do a damn thing to help. On top of that, you’re supposed to know that you needed to backtrack to the beginning of the level in order to talk to some random guy that looks no different than any other npc from that chapter, and then you have to proceed to type please in 5 times which is tedious as hell because it’s not a normal keyboard and then you better have a paper handy because nobody’s gonna memorize that ball cider block code. I could also talk about how some chapters have maze like levels where everything looks the same, like 2-4, 4-3, 7-3, 7-4, and 8-4. Only 8-4, 2-4, and 4-3 to an extent are actually mazes but the others feel so big, it’s hard to tell where you have and haven’t been yet and that makes beating the level take much longer, in which that point the level may as well just be a maze. I could go on for a while

Getting the Miracle Dinner is hard as it’s based on RNG. Most of the time you get a mistake, and if a heart does appear it’s likely that it’s something other than a Miracle Dinnner

I'm thinking about trying a run of this for myself. I'm going to like, actually get 100% first before trying a run of it, but I just have to ask. Why specifically 1,890,000 points? Why specifically that many levels?

The idea is, we need to hit 2 million points before 5-2. The reason i set the points to this much in my route is, you get a levelup right arund the middle of the Pit of 100 trials. So we get healed in the middle of the pit for free, and we barely reach 2 million by 5-2 which is what we want. The reason you need 2 million points for 5-2 is that you have a 100% chance to catch the amazy daisee. You catch about 20 of these in the whole run as your main money source, it cannot be skipped, thats why we need 2 million by then

Yeah lots of things stack as multipliers, I had his catch card by this point which doubles my attack damage, I believe boomer also doubles it too. Another thing i think if you have another catch card (which i might have) of the enemy it would stack another double. So its nothing too weird.
