My children struggle to sit down and write a paper so I decided instead of writing a paper we were going to do presentations. Three-point presentations. Ironically in these presentations you need to cite your sources you need to write out an outline you need to research your topic and you need to be able to explain yourself clearly for somebody else to understand. As a bonus this also includes public speaking. Public speaking in this case might be in front of grandma and grandpa or mom and dad either way being able to Speak clearly and convey your opinion on a topic is a huge huge huge bonus. You have to do everything that you need to do to write a paper in order to give a presentation and presentations are more fun it requires drying on a drawing board it requires standing up and being presentable and it’s not just sitting in a chair writing endlessly on a piece of paper.
